1. Bookings & Reservations

  • All bookings made with Alcor Getaways are subject to availability and confirmation from the hotels or resorts.
  • Prices and availability of packages are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
  • A booking is confirmed once full payment or a specified deposit is received. You will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments for bookings must be made in full before check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online bank transfers, and digital wallets.
  • Any additional charges, such as extra services, meals, or amenities, must be settled directly with the hotel or resort upon checkout.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which outlines the timeframes and conditions for eligible refunds.
  • Refunds are processed in line with our Refund Policy and may take 7-10 business days to be credited to your account.
  • Non-refundable bookings and special offers are not eligible for refunds.

4. Amendments to Bookings

  • Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and any applicable fees or rate changes.
  • Amendments must be requested in writing via email, and any differences in rates will be communicated before changes are confirmed.

5. Check-in and Check-out Policies

  • Check-in and check-out times are determined by the hotel or resort. It is your responsibility to adhere to the specified timings.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal information provided during the booking process is accurate.
  • You must comply with the policies and guidelines of the hotel or resort, including but not limited to safety regulations, conduct rules, and payment of any outstanding balances.

7. Force Majeure

  • Alcor Getaways will not be liable for any loss, damage, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).
  • In such cases, we will attempt to offer alternative arrangements where possible, subject to the policies of our partner hotels.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Alcor Getaways is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of bookings, delays, or personal injury.
  • We act solely as an intermediary between you and the hotels or resorts and cannot be held liable for any issues arising from the stay or services provided by the accommodation.

9. Privacy Policy

  • By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, store, and use your personal data.
  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your information for booking purposes and service improvements.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or complaints should be reported to our customer service team. We will attempt to resolve the matter in a timely and fair manner.
  • In the event of unresolved disputes, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Alcor Getaways reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
