Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Alcor Getaways, we strive to provide flexibility and clarity to our customers when it comes to changes or cancellations of their travel plans. We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and our cancellation policy aims to ensure transparency while minimizing any inconvenience.

General Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to our customer support team at operations@alcorgetaways.com or by calling our customer service helpline at 8902989312.
  • Cancellation Timeline:
    • More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund of the booking amount, minus any applicable transaction or service fees.
    • 15-30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
    • 7-14 days before check-in: 25% refund of the booking amount.
    • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

Certain promotional or special offer bookings may be non-refundable. In such cases, this will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking, and no refunds will be provided regardless of the cancellation time.

Early Departures:

In case of early departures, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your stay.

Amendments to Bookings:

  • Amendments requested more than 15 days before check-in: Free of charge, subject to availability.
  • Amendments requested within 15 days of check-in: Subject to availability, and any rate differences or fees may apply.

Force Majeure:

In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions, we will work with our partner hotels to provide alternate arrangements or refund options as available.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the cancellation request, with the amount credited back to the original mode of payment.
